Dear Customer:
The enclosed Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) are being provided to you as required
by OSHA’s Hazard Communication Final Rule (29 CFR 1910.1200 published November 25,
1983. We have reviewed our records and have supplied a MSDS sheet for hazardous
products which have purchased from us recently.
Should you purchase a new hazardous product from us in the future, we will send
the appropriate MSDS as soon as possible. If for any reason you do not receive the
proper MSDS, please contact our customer service department and we will forward
them immediately.
We realize you may not be the correct person in your organization to receive this
information; however, it is important that these MSDS sheets be forwarded to the
individual responsible for your Employees Safety Program.
We urge you to study the MSDS document and become aware of the hazards and safety
information associated with the product. To promote the safe use of the product(s)
you should:
1. Notify your employees, agents and contractors of the information on this MSDS
as to its hazards and safety information;
2. Furnish the same information to each of your customers for the products;
3. Request your customers to notify their employees and their customers of the same
product hazards and safety information.
We value you as a customer and our objective is to provide you with current safety
information on the hazardous products you purchase from us. Do not hesitate to contact
